Consultation
Shell Centre Dialogue is the process of engagement with all those who have an interest in the site and its surroundings; it has established an open, dynamic and ongoing conversation, to help shape the redevelopment plans for the Shell Centre site as they emerged. We have worked closely with local residents, businesses, cultural organisations, tourist operators and community groups, as well as the wider public.
Over the past year we have staged over 70 events, from pop-ups and Walk & Talks in the local Waterloo and South Bank area, to a series of public workshops and exhibitions, as well as targeted outreach events and meetings.

Soundings
Soundings is an independent consultancy which has delivered successful community engagement programmes on a number of high profile developments in London, including the Olympic and Olympic Legacy masterplans, Kings Cross Central and Chelsea Barracks.
A key part of our work is drawing together the Statement of Community Involvement. This is a planning application document that lays out
the process, who said what, and how these exchanges impacted on the masterplan and design of the Shell Centre redevelopment.
All of our work with the community in the area is transparently documented here and will be publicly accessible.
