The Statement of Community Involvement was submitted alongside the Planning Application in December 2012. This provides a complete record of all consultation undertaken on the proposals.

Final Architecture Exhibition Boards

Exhibition boards | Draft masterplan

May 2012

In mid May 2012 local residents,businesses and visitors were invited to contribute their ideas to the draft masterplan of the Shell Centre site. Note: heights have been updated to reflect the latest proposals.

Soil investigations begin on site

June 2012

Soil condition investigations have commenced at the Shell Centre. This does not indicate the start of construction. Please contact us here.

Exhibition Boards | Concept masterplan

Shell Centre Vision

May 2012

A ‘vision statement’ for the Shell Centre redevelopment has now been drawn up between Canary Wharf Group, Qatari Diar and Lambeth Council.

Community Involvement Plan

The Community Involvement Plan sets out our
intentions throughout the engagement process
for the Shell Centre Dialogue project.
We have created this document in collaboration
with key stakeholders.
It is expected that this will be fully endorsed
by London Borough of Lambeth Council.
