News | Comments Off |

Following over a year of preparation informed by extensive consultation, applications for Planning Permission, Conservation Area Consent and Listed Building Consent  have been submitted by Braeburn Estates and Shell (joint applicants) to the London Borough of Lambeth for the redevelopment of the Shell Centre site.

The scheme proposes the demolition of the existing Shell Centre wings and the development of eight new buildings, accommodating office, residential and retail uses alongside the retained Shell Tower, as well as new public spaces and pedestrian routes.

LB Lambeth will be undertaking statutory consultation on the applications. They will be in touch with local residents and stakeholders directly. Once details of the statutory consultation period are announced, we will let you know how to view and comment on the applications. Please call the Shell Centre Dialogue team on 0207 729 1705 or email shellcentredialogue@soundingsoffice.com if you have any questions.
